Cash Register 24 Hour Support Line
We are Bristol Business Machines Ltd., an authorized CASIO cash register dealer operating in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada We have always maintained a 24-hour support line for our cash register customers and are now offering our services to the global internet community. Our experience shows us that for most businesses, when a cash register stops working, business can grind to a halt! Our experience also tells us that in excess of 90% of all cash register problems fall into one of the following categories and can be fixed over the telephone:
![]() Our support line is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our charge is: $40 per 30-minute session (minimum 30 minutes). If we cannot fix your problem over the telephone, there will be no charge to you. At this time VISA is the only form of payment that we are able to accept. Most problems can be rectified within a thirty minute time frame. We offer support for most models (both current and old) from the light-duty CASIO PCR series to the TK Food and Beverage and Restaurant series through to CASIO's full scanning SA-2100 and SA-5100 models.

We do not have the resources to provide free technical or programming support for the global community. We can, however, provide manuals for most models at a nominal fee of $25.00 US plus postage and our reasonably priced 24-hour support line is open to all ! Please read all of the above sections before calling. Again, we cannot handle no-charge warranty claims. If this applies to your situation, it is advisable to bring your equipment to the company from which it was purchased. If your call is received during a time period other than our regular office hours, or if our support line is busy, your call will be taken by our after-hours call centre and will be promptly returned via collect call.
