Our experience also tells us that in excess of 90% of all cash register problems fall into one of the following categories and can be fixed over the telephone:
- Programming errors
- Operator errors
- Minor technical problems that are operator repairable
Our support line is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our charge is:
$30 per 30-minute session (minimum 30 minutes).
If we cannot fix your problem over the telephone, there will be no charge to you.
At this time VISA is the only form of payment that we are able to accept. Most problems can be rectified within a thirty minute time frame.
We offer support for most models (both current and old) from the light-duty CASIO PCR series to the TK Food and Beverage and Restaurant series .
Procedure:
Please have the following information ready before you call:
- Model of the Cash Register
- Nature of the Problem. Please be as specific as possible; What is it doing or not doing? Is the display illuminated? Do the button keys make a sound (beep) when depressed? Did the problem occur in the middle of a transaction?
- Any error code numbers that are displayed or printed
- Have your program key ready
- Your VISA Number / Name as it appears on the card/ Expiry Date.
- Your fax number or email address if available. Sometimes it is more convenient to send lengthy instructions or sketches electronically rather than trying to relay this information by voice.

If this applies to your situation, it is advisable to bring your equipment to the company from which you purchased your equipment. We can however provide manuals for most models at a nominal cost of $17(US) plus postage.
