I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your efforts in designing and delivering my new Micropos 4000 system. The system has been up and running for two weeks now, and working completely flawless. The speed and accuracy of my front end now far exceeds my expectations.
Although reluctant at first to purchase a system from someone so far away, it didn't take me long to realize that the service I was receiving from you was far better than any local distributor could provide. You promptly returned every phone call, answered every question, returned every e-mail,
and worked very hard on a program that I knew was extremely difficult. Your expertise, patience,

To Whom It May Concern:
We are a husband and wife team who currently own and operate Guv'nor Inn and Pub. In 1993 we operated
the Guv'nor Pub and rented the premises. We needed training and technical support for our CASIO POS system and subsequently were introduced to Bristol Business Machines and Blair Bradbury. Following our introduction Mr. Bradbury went to work and trained our staff and followed up with exceptional technical support.
The Casio POS system worked so well it contributed to record profits, sufficient to say that on January 1st, 1998 we purchased the hotel, the pub's former landlord. Mr. Bradbury immediately replaced our POS system in the pub with a Micropos 4000 which to date works exceedingly well.
Mr. Bradbury and his team continues to support our management team with copiers, printers, and personal computers. Hi service is prompt, concise and professional in every respect. We are grateful to Blair for contributing to our success and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship in the future.
