PRICING AND ORDERING INFORMATION
Online pricing is provided for a number of our products that you can order directly on-line, but as the business machine market is always quite volatile, the prices and models change on almost a daily basis, (not to mention the effect of the US/CANADA exchange rate). We do keep our on-line pricing up-to-date and for other items, in particular our point-of-sale configured systems, we find it to the customer's advantage to offer pricing on an as-requested basis. Please email us with the model and/or configuration that you would like pricing on and we will be happy to respond. If you include your address with ZIP Code or Area Code we can give you an exact landed cost, shipping included. For your convenience we also provide an online leasing service with very competitive rates for both our American and Canadian customers. What About Installation and Service?!?
Upon placing your order we will send to you via fax, or email, our "Customer Site Survey" for you to complete. This allows us to pre-program your equipment to your particular specifications. Our Install Kit includes everything required to make for an easy self-installation and ensure your operations are as smooth as possible.
Our kits include (as applicable) pre-wiring kits, Manufacturer's Programing and Operational Manuals; as well as our own concise training and operations manual, customized for your business.
In Addition...
All of our cash registers and P.O.S. products come with 1 year free 24 hour telephone support. In the unlikely event of hardware problems, we overnight component modules and parts. We would also suggest the purchase of a modem kit for our higher-end multi-unit systems so that we may access your P.O.S. from our office in the event of programming problems. We maintain a copy of your base program as well as your specific configuration and any special program applications.

What are your payment arrangements?
For our smaller products we require pre-payment. For our larger systems we require a one-third pre-payment and the remaining due on delivery. For quickest delivery to your location we would suggest either VISA or MASTERCARD. For your security please do not remit your charge-card information via email. We also offer leasing options for both our Canadian and American customers.

When can I expect my order?
Most items are available from stock. Supplies (ribbons etc) are shipped via mail unless otherwise specified. Machines are shiped via 5-day standard UPS unless otherwise specified. If ordering our point-of-sale or cash register equipment please allow a few extra days for custom programming
